Only one of these has ever sold through Jap-Sai, and we've never seen it with a spine card.

The MSX Gradius 2 gets itself a super-slick X68000 facelift courtesy of third-party house SPS. This is more like it: the game benefits greatly from the 16-Bit upgrade, and ends up as one of the best (and most sought-after) entries in the series. A very rare item!
