Quirky but below-par fighting game from Technos, in which you can learn moves from defeated opponents. The character designs come from the Gowcaizer animation by Masami Obari of Studio G-1. Middle of the road stuff this - it's not too bad a game, there just so happens to be one or two better examples of the genre on the Neo Geo.
